All the paintings in this website are oil paint on linen canvas, all are authentic one-of-a-kind, and are entirely the work of the artist Paul Smith.

As an artist in Kent, I am very fortunate to live and have a studio in such a beautiful place. It is always a pleasure to explore Kent for a new location to paint a scene from.

Also I have an interest and passion for the classic car and classic motor sport scene. This offers me an enormous amount of enjoyment and excitement to paint.

My compositions very often include people and objects that accompany these beautiful cars, to create a narrative or to convey a story, either off the present day or can be of a historical setting of many years ago.
